Preventief onderhoud fabriek massief karton

Yourtech en de kartonindustrie gaan al lang terug. Vele klanten hebben hun preventief onderhoud (deels) uitbesteed aan Yourtech. Deze specifieke klant met één fabriek in Nederland en twee in België is specialist in massief kartonnen producten die vooral door de voedingsmiddelenindustrie worden afgenomen vanwege de best mogelijke beschermende omstandigheden. Zij gebruiken duurzame, betrouwbare en innovatieve maatwerkverpakkingen van massief karton.Voor deze fabriek doen we al jaren het preventieve onderhoud. Alle productielijnen zijn door ons 'ingedeeld' in bepaalde technische onderhoudsecties welke wij periodiek inspecteren, onderdelen vervangen en/of reviseren. Periodiek is elke sectie aan de beurt. Zo houden de hele fabriek up and running gedurende het gehele jaar en herhalen we dat het jaar erop. Maintenance

Relocation of a complete Sugar Decoraton Factory

Yourtech has relocated a complete sugar decorations factory. After a thorough preparation of the the whole project together with the customer, Yourtech has disassembled, wrapped, loaded and shipping to the new greenfield factory of the customer. Service en onderhoud bij mediahuis

Voor één van Nederlands grootste mediabedrijven hebben we ook deze zomerperiode wederom gesupport met de nodige service en onderhoud van de drukkerijmachines. Sinds jaar en dag weten zij Yourtech te vinden voor diverse mechanische en elektrotechnisch werkzaamheden zoals onderhoud van de drukmachines, het oplossen en verhelpen van storingen, revisie van verfbakken, het verplaatsen van de waterbehandeling, het vervangen van magneetkoppelingen en het omkeren van rubbers t.b.v. snijmessen en diverse reparaties.  Maintenance

Yourtech relocated a cheese packline and positions a pack line in 2 steps. The project concerns the disassembly, wrapping, loading, shipping and installation at the new factory location. Yourtech and partners dismantling an insects farming factory en prepared a production line relocation to France.The factory has been dismantled and cleaned up. The process installation equipment has been documented and prepared by Yourtech way of working and shipped. Ahold Delhaize Coffee Company hires Yourtech to produce coffee pods

We engaged Yourtech to dismantle an old coffee pad production line. This line consisted of a large platform, mixer, filling machine and conveyors. The complexity of this project was in the fact that it had to be done during a running operation, with the food safety restrictions in place, and the fact that the routing outdoor was challenging. We chose Yourtech as our partner because they were well prepared in detail during the proposal phase, had a clear working plan and always put safety first.
